Conser is a NEXTCHEM’s company with a solid portfolio of over 50 advanced technologies licenses, such as Maleic Anhydride (MAN) and its derivatives, Butanediol (BDO), Gamma-Butyrolactone (GBL) and n-Methyl Pyrrolidone (NMP). Founded in 1969 and with a strong expertise in offering innovative technologies at competitive costs in over 130 countries, Conser joined NEXTCHEM in April 2023, and together are working to provide solutions to face the worldwide decarbonization need.
GASCONTEC
GASCONTEC is a NEXTCHEM’s company based in Bad Homburg, Germany.
We focus on technology development and more than 80 patents for the production of hydrogen, ammonia and methanol with very low CO2 carbon footprint in the product and/or in the production process. In particular, the company’s portfolio includes the Autothermal Reforming (ATR), a proven technology to produce low carbon hydrogen with very high rates of carbon capture.
KT TECH
KT TECH, the new company of NEXTCHEM, has been constituted to bring to NEXTCHEM the technology portfolio, know-how and expertise of more than 50 years of leading presence of KT - Kinetics Technology in the field of Fired Heaters, Hydrogen and Syngas production, Sulphur Recovery and emissions reduction in general. Today’s market requires a specific effort in the technology and licensing and KT TECH will respond to this demand bringing is consolidated know how and background and providing, in the close cooperation with the other sister companies part of NEXTCHEM, fully integrated solutions of products and services in the field of Energy Transition.

HyDEP
HyDEP is highly recognized engineering service providers specializing in the mechanical and electrochemical sectors, with over two decades of experience in green hydrogen technology. HyDEP's offer encompasses a broad spectrum of services, ranging from process and mechanical design to validation, prototyping, and certification of water electrolysis, stacks, and systems. NEXTCHEM will combine its technological know-how with HyDEP's competences in electrochemistry to develop and implement its proprietary solutions for green hydrogen production, contributing to the development of a hydrogen-based retail network to support the decarbonization of small-medium enterprises as well as the mobility sector.
MyRemono
MyRemono is a NEXTCHEM Tech company operating the demonstration plant based on CatC technology, an innovative plastic catalytic depolymerization technology. CatC is a continuous chemical recycling process to recover monomers (building blocks for the plastic value chain) with ultra-high levels of purity from sorted plastic waste, particularly polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA, known as Plexiglass®).
MyReplast Industries
Based in Bedizzole (Northern Italy), MyReplast Industries is a NEXTCHEM Tech company since 2019, representing the flagship of the upcycling business cluster which also includes other production and trading entities based in the UAE. In Italy, it owns and operates the Bedizzole industrial plant which applies an innovative mechanical upcycling process to produce high-purity recycled and compounded polymers (“r-polymers”) based on NX Replast proprietary technology. These recycled polymers are suitable to replace fossil-based virgin materials in several industrial applications (such as automotive, pipes, building applications, etc.).

TPI is a German engineering entity of NEXTCHEM, the company dedicated to Sustainable Technology Solutions in MAIRE, a group with over 8,300 employees worldwide. TPI is the market leader among the few renowned engineering firms for the design of LDPE high-pressure systems and has been involved in the development of a remarkable number of LDPE Plants built in the world.
